Scentsy vs Partylite
11/2/2012 at 11:19 AM
What do you like better? Who has better prices? Who has better scents? What do you think?
I love warmers and melts, cause they are flameless and give off awesome scent that last longer then a candle....then there is no burnt smell when you turn it off.Reply Quote Report

Scentsy is my choice
11/2/2012 at 12:06 PM
Although I am a scentsy independent consultant I do try other products to compare. I started selling scentsy because i was very interested in the products as a customer. There are lots of products out there right now trying to compete, knock off walmart bars, party lite, scentsy, gold canyon. But with Scentsy always coming out with great smells that last long with no chemical smell to follow. As well as there colorful and unique warmers that are flameless I will be sticking with scentsy. I have animals and a busy schedule so knowing that i can leave it on and not worry about it burning my house down is a big plus in my books.

LOVE Scentsy
11/2/2012 at 12:33 PM
I liked the idea of scented candles but not the idea of fire in my house with the kids. Scentsy is perfect because I can leave it on all the time if I want and not worry about the kids or the flame.
Love the scents, love the little warmers, I love everything about it, except the electrical cords which you can't really do anything about. You never see the cords in the pictures, but that's how it always is with decorating. Rooms in magazines look perfect without cords and outlets everywhere.Reply Quote Report

Gold Canyon

Gold Canyon should be in here as an option too. Awesome scents in a variety of styles. Candles, oils, warmers and pods plus homeology (house cleaning product) and Emerge (body pampering line)
Lots of options out there for sure!!!Reply Quote Report

SCENTSY SMELLS
11/2/2012 at 1:00 PM
Hands down for me it would be the Scentsy line of warmers & bars. They smell so good & your home always feels clean & new. I wouldn't switch to anything else now. My consulant is Sherri Strutt. She is super nice & friendly & not pushy, She shows you lots of samples & lets you decide. I also find once you have the warmers the little bars aren't that expensive. I am so happy I found Sherri.

I have tried Gold Canyon, Partylite and Scentsy and even sold the others. Hands down, Scentsy gets my vote. Better fragrances, longer lasting and the best value.
The warmers are also the best selection out there and fit any decor.Reply Quote Report

scentsy

I am a scentsy consultant. I used to be big Into partylite, but I noticed scents were fading fast and it was expensive. With scentsy, it's cheap, safe, and economically friendly. Plus there's so much to choose from now! The layers line is divine!
I have pets, all I do is warm a piece of wax and BAM! Pet smell gone!Reply Quote Report

Scentsy. It is affordable, has great smells, and is long lasting.
Partylite is way to expensive, and the scents do not last near as long. Plus I dont care for a lot of their scents.Reply Quote Report

I was wondering if anyone who sells scentsy, if they have their own website and can post a link.
I have always been into partylite since I was a teenager, and have hundreds of there products since I was a consultant for 3 yrs until last september.
I am curious about scentsy, I like the idea of the plug in warmers, and I wanted to try something new. I just don't know anyone who sells scentsy, although I do have a couple friends who changed from partylite to scentsy, I really don't care to buy cheap walmart or store brands for scent products as they don't last as long as partylite, but if scentsy lasts longer then great I'd like to try it. I like making orders before christmas so if someone who sells scentsy can post a link, or better yet show me what they have for scents that would be great. Thanks.Reply Quote Report

Do any scentsy consultants ever have their own deals besides what scentsy has on their website?

No, but most consultants help out in other ways
. For my loyal customers, I don't charge shipping, or taxes depending on order. I throw in an extra little something too. If I have it in stock, it's cash and carry

Personally I love wallflowers from Bath and Body Works, it is more like a plug in air fresher as opposed to a candle but the scents are awesome!

and no, I am not a rep! They have the warmers too and their candles are by far, the best and `smelliest` I have ever used. Will never buy anything else, especially with the prices. My mom uses their cleaning stuff too and won`t buy anything else! I like the Scentsy too but have the Gold Canyon warmer and really like it. Plus I like also burning candles in the winter so that is a bonus as Scentsy doesn`t have the candle choice.

both

It's hard to compare the two as one is candles and the other is a scented wax warmer. I like them both
candles can go where there is no plug in and I find the warmer more convenient. You also cant go wrong with a Yankee candle or the Christmas 4 pack by glade are always nice to.

"scentsy and partylite both sell warmers and wax now... partylite used to only be candles.

I don't think that I will ever give up candles from PartyLite, their warmers and wax are also really great, but I am still interested in trying wax products and plug in warmers from scentsy.
